  Worst experience ever had with ups and this store ……… Send a package to Miami , never ask for a signature at the delivery, and after 2 weeks I get the package returned to me , they say we try to delivery 3 times but no one’s answering when I never ask for a signature, I call the store and he wash his hands, call ups and same thing , no one know where my package was until today and I ask for a refund and the owner say is not my fault is ups , and call ups and say the same thing. So is my fault to send the package whit ups

  This is my favorite UPS store to visit. The store is always clean and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. See ya soon!
