So. I made a 3.99 salad into a $10 by adding extra items. but when I get bacon and pay for extra bacon plus extra protein, which is bacon I expect more than 2 thin slices all together. Also not only did I not get the extra dressing I paid for ... I didn't get any at all. So I paid $10 for a cup of side salad.. little tid bit... If the app says ur food is ready it should b. I get being busy but waited 20 after the schedule time.. just saying..🤷

Talk about not feeling welcome. I enter the subway a little before 10am and it's empty. The bearded employee seems bothered from the start to walk over to take my order. I ask if I can get breakfast sandwich on any bread and he says yes. I say ok so let me start by getting an Italian foot long and he just stands there looking into space. So he was waiting for me to say "Spicy Italian" or "5 meat Italian" instead of asking me which one. I end up saying a "Spicy Italian" without jalapenos since that would make it a regular commin sense Italian hoagie but ok. He proceeds to slap all the condiments on walks to the end cut the hoagie in half and wraps it. I say ok I still need the breakfast hoagie and he shakes his head and lets out a loud breath and starts walking back and gets a tone about it asking if I want any other sandwiches which I respond no. He's obviously not happy working there and needs to move on. Subway needs to hire people who are interested in working in fastfood and excited to be there. That guy isn't the one but the way things are he probably gets employee of the month there. Not a smile or thank you have a great day. Just have me my receipt and I said thank you have a great day and he mumbled. God it's just a sandwich why so upset? Why doesn't he have to wear a beard guard as well? Definitely done with this Subway. I'm probably going to Jersey Girls or Fire House subs from now on.

Guy at the counter didnt really ask what we wanted, was rude the entire time, and when it came time to add final ingredients, I asked for onions. He legitimately put 3 slivers on the sandwich and when I asked for more he put 2 more on. I just gave up at that point, finished the transaction with my husband and left. Big beard, maybe 5'11 no name tag, NOTHING. Do better!

02/10/2026: The guy who helped me make the sandwich. I was not impressed at all. He has gloves on to protect his hands. But he is not wearing anything to keep his beard from dropping any hair into the food he’s making. As far as the 6” sub I got. This was the thinnest sandwich ever. I got tuna with lettuce, tomato, and black olives. When I asked to have mayonnaise put on it he put one strip and I said can I have it on both sides. He got an attitude with me and said you need to tell me that and then didn’t want to spread it. I had to ask for him to spread it. But the bread is touching because there is that little of contents in the sandwich. 02/11/2026 I ordered a salad. Bowl was barely full. Very stupid especially for paying $9.29 for the salad! I asked for extra shredded cheese and was told no because I didn’t pay for it. Well it wasn’t my fault that it wasn’t an option to order it on the app. This location is a huge joke!!
