I ordered 2 subs on the app, it was around 7:30PM. They didn’t have meatballs but I couldn’t cancel my order since it was on the app. I went through the help portal on the app with no response and the fb messenger with no help. At this point, I’d be happy with a gift card to replace the sub since I ordered it on July 2 and it’s July 16th with NO CONTACT from anyone related to subway. Like why am I jumping through hoops for something that’s not even my fault? Go to subway if you wanna get robbed in plain sight apparently. It’s not about the price, it’s about the principle and subways lack of making things right.
Eating here got me and my co-worker sick. My sandwich was put togheter poorly, all the ingredients were thrown in with a mean attitude and marinated in mayonaise that made the bread wet n soggy it was dripping mayo everywhere. I always see flies inside the ovens were the bread is stored. The lady that prepared my sub had such an attitude towards me, when I arrived, the store was empty and she was just playing on her phone not tending to other matter she coudve taken care of. These people do not care about the customer and will serve you slop that fell on the floor. Do no eat here, its not worth the stomach ache for lunch.

This is the SLOWEST Subway in existence. Placing orders on the app are so you don't have to wait for your food in store you can just pick it up when it's ready. 4 sandwiches took 30 minutes to make?!? I even showed up 5 minutes AFTER they were to be done and walk up to see them still being made which took another 10 minutes. Being busy isn't the issue, there were 4 employees in the entire store and 2 customers besides myself. I arrived late because this is the norm for this store. Can we hire some employees that actually do their jobs efficiently?
Ordered on the Subway app. was given a pick up time, I arrived a couple minutes early and when the one worker finished making the sandwich for the couple in front of me, I gave my order name. THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED IT! when I arrived about 5 minutes early for pick up, there was 1 male worker making the sandwiches slower than I've seen 1st day new hires work and a 2nd employee walking back and forth fromthe dishes/prep area to the cooler, anything BUT working on making a sandwich. I assumed that the bag on the counter was my food already ready. She gave some excuse that they were slammed..... ummm well there was 2 people in line and their sandwiches were almost done, why were you walking around when there were TIMED orders to be made still?
I had to leave to get my son to work, who didn't get to have dinner before starting work because they couldn't be asked to take care of the TIMED orders...even if one of the two of them worked on the online order until done then helped for the in shop. When they give you a time, you're expecting it to be done at that time.....
I told them I'd be back to pick it up..... I was and grabbed the food and took it home.....Only to find out just about every single sandwich was made wrong! HOW do you make it wrong when its written down for you to follow?
Only go here if you have the time to wait and watch them to make sure it's correct, cuz otherwise it will be wrong and they don't care.
Awful, just awful. The staff were walking around while they were "busy" doing nothing, and there was one person in line and my family's bag on the shelf. My family's entire dinner that was placed from an online order said it would be ready at five after, but it hadn't even been started. None of the toasted breads were toasted, none of the sandwiches had lettuce, even though they were all placed with extra lettuce, and the Philly was raw and cold. This was meant to be my family's dinner on my mother and father's anniversary dinner, and it was awful. Thanks to these horrid people, there were barely any condiments, and the food tasted like it had been left in the sun for a week. And this older lady, who I presume is the manager with how she was talking to the other staff, had the audacity to tell us, "God bless you," after completely ruining our family dinner. And at the end of it all, no single staff on shift said anything kind, only her snarky "God bless you," which sounded fake and gritted through her teeth. This is not the Subway-level quality I expected, especially when I paid 90+ dollars.
