    I dont recommend to come to this subway,not only because its dirty, also because the service is horrible, the person on service refused to take care of us because she said that she had to close after we were waiting for her to take care of us,this happened at 7pm when they close at 9pm, that was not professional. Never coming back.

    This experience really stuck out to me as it was so terrible. The restaurant itself looked messy, chicken tasted odd. and the worst was service with employee #0824. I came in with my service dog who was just sitting next to me calm and she asked for docs I didn’t want to go through my bag for it as we’re traveling from Miami to north fl. Took him to the car. Came back ordered she was rude, asked for a small water cup so I can take to my dog she refused and said I had to buy a drink I said I’m just getting tap water and she refused. Went to the gas station next door they gave me a free water cup. It’s was very odd treatment from this employee. Looked like she hated her life and everyone. This is the worst subway experience I’ve had.

    I got a sandwich today and as I was eating it the chicken tasted like it was washed with some kind of soap. I stopped eating it pretty quickly but what I did eat has me alarmed because my stomach is now hurting and feeling like ingested something I should not have. I could tell that someone who was higher up in the company or an owner was there and they seemed more concerned with appearances than quality. That should absolutely not be the focus and proper training should, it is beyond ridiculously that now my work day is affected by this. I talked to another coworker (working on the everglades for a 3 billion dollar project) who got the chicken as well and he said the same. He simply threw out his entire sandwich and mentioned to me that he probably will not go back to this location again. The atmosphere felt dead as well. Some gentlemen standing there with his arms crossed the entire time isnt much of a managing style. I did enjoy the conversation I had with workers though and their service was pretty decent. I can tell that they do not get paid enough at all and having to rely on tips when no one tips is a joke. Whoever owns this franchise in South Bay is a joke just looking to a quick buck. Should get on the food line and start working it, maybe they would have respect for owning a business.
