  I have recently been in the store from the recent comments, on highway 40 . The gentlemen there are so polite and down to earth very helpful. Jeni, the female I learned works there she was amazing. I walked in she immediately greeted us and I began to tell her the vehicle I have and what I needed....not only did she know exactly what I needed which was several things but exactly where they were located in ghe store as well. We proceeded to add small things to our list and without hesitation she went right to the spot in the store area. Made my day that after all that knowledge she was light hearted and chatted normal while we cashed out. She didn't hate her job. The employees at this store should definitely be modeled after for other locations. Great team

  Advance Auto Parts in Silver Springs provided me with excellent service during my recent visit. Although I initially did not know the gentleman’s name, I later learned it was Chad F. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me with my battery replacement and installation. He took the time to offer helpful advice and ensured everything was handled properly. I truly appreciate his professionalism and outstanding customer service it made my experience a very positive one.
