  I had the most wonderful experience today with Britt in this UPS office. She was so kind and walked me through a stressful situation that needed a notary. She had a pleasant calm professional attitude. I will definitely be back to that office because of Britt. She went over and above in customer service .

  The professionalism, understanding and assistance of the staff on duty. They were positive, fast and even went out of their way to re-check that package because they thought the pricing was wrong.. I had no disagreement to just paying but they wanted to be sure they were accurate. The staff member I worked directly with was professional and I believe went above and beyond her job responsibilities I generally don’t use UPS often however this will be my go to from here forward

  This location was super quick and efficient. The man that assisted me was very nice despite it being first thing in the morning. I would definitely recommend this location for Quickness and efficiency

  On July 28, I came in the store in the morning. Brittany helped me out. I didn’t have my money so I told her I will come back. She says fine. I’ll save your information in the computer but I can come back that thing they sold today on the 29th. I came in. She had everything ready for me and took care of me. Very grateful. She’s a very great employee and I think her very much she deserves this five star thank you, Brittany keep up the wonderful great work..
