  This UPS store is awesome. I met the manager today and her demeanor and professionalism explains WHY this store is so good - run so well. Love this UPS store - great customer service and things are ALWAYS done perfectly. ❤️

  Always have excellent service here! I have shipped packages a handful of times and each time it has been great. This last time I sent some gifts that needed special care as they were fragile. The items were packaged so well that the person who received my package complimented on the care that was given. Would highly recommend this store any day!

  I couldn't be more happy and pleased with the extraordinary service I received at UPS store #2552. I had a massive print job that required over 300 sheets of blueprints. Jacob and Jonah were able to help with getting the process started and Monica went the extra mile to make sure this I got everything I needed and that the drawings were sent in a way that made sense for my client to put them together. The team at this UPS store is incredible and from here on out I will always make the extra drive to get any printing done by Monica and her team. They also provide the kindest service. Monica greats anyone she knows by name and with an amazing cheerful attitude that can really turn peoples day around!

  This is THE ONLY UPS STORE I deal with anymore. Not because the others are lacking but they just don’t have the same staff as mine. My location is in Seminole Fl., Park Blvd and Oakhurst. Monica and Jonah always go above and beyond my needs. Many times I walk out with office supplies I didn’t know I needed! If it were up to me I say…give them a raise!!! ❣️

  Seminole UPS is the best UPS store I have ever been to. The manager Monica and her staff are always fast, knowledgeable, kind and really great. I use UPS often and always choose Seminole over any other location in the area, even if i have to go out of my way because of how great, fast and easy Monica and her staff make it. In addition, every time I walk into Seminole UPS I am warmly greeted by staff, this is not the case with other store. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Monica and her staff at Seminole UPS!
