  The customer service always exceeds my expectation. I particularly give a shout out to Jordan Peterson for an exceptional human relationship and excellence service. I always leave the store with a smile.

  These Guys are Amazing! I don't go anywhere but the Seffner Florida UPS store! If Amazon stop using them, then I stop shopping with Amazon! Period!!

  Terrible owner, terrible employees. I went in at 11:50am on Friday the 24th and told the clerk I needed a package in Minneapolis by tomorrow. He charged me for Next Day Air ($140) and never informed me that there was a Saturday option that needed to be selected. I was under the impression that it would arrive on Saturday. After leaving the package at the store, I checked the tracking number later that evening and I found out the package wasn't going to arrive until Monday. I called UPS customer support to re-route the package since the person I was shipping it to was not going to be at the destination anymore. They said it had to be done by whoever printed the label (The UPS store in this case). On Sunday the 26th, I went back into this Seffner UPS store at 2pm and spoke to the owner (Visvas Patel) who said he would make the change and give me a call back. I wrote down the new address and he confirmed my cell phone number. He never called back. On Monday the 27th, I called the store 10 times between 8am (the posted store opening time) and 9am. Nobody was answering and the voicemail wasn't even set up on the phone. I then drove to the store at 9am and the employee working there said "it's not my job" with a shrug and without even looking at me, when I asked about having the address changed. He said "you're gonna have to wait for the owner to get here and he might not be in until 10am or 11am". The employee was totally disconnected from wanting to assist in any way, so I cursed at him and stormed off. This store is on my way home from work and I've used it many times before to ship items. From now on I'll be going out of my way to go to FedEx for all future shipments.

  Worst staff i have ever had to deal with. Told i needed a parcel next day air, wasn't informed it would be 3 days! but was charged for next day. Staff didn't care, didn't inform me i needed a different product (Saturday collection) and was ignorant and defensive when i complained. the package i sent is now lost to the ether. never will use UPS again.
