NEVER AGAIN! Ordered two-day delivery to another state for $73. The package goes AWOL for 5 days, then shows up on tracking site with expected delivery SEVEN days later Tried to get it redelivered to home address (because the person I sent it to returned home already). This store told me to call UPS customer service for "intercept" service. Customer service told me to go back to store. Corporate finally called back after Facebook escalation, same answer "go to store". Website doesn't allow "Change Delivery" option either, probably because I'm not a corporate customer.
Two store visits later (total of 3), two hours on the phone to UPS, and a FB chat to @UPS later, there are still no apologies, no refund, no package, NO ACCOUNTABILITY!
I visit this store occasionally, but my experience today highlighted a noticeable gap in customer service. During my visit, I was left waiting at the counter while staff prioritized tasks that could have reasonably been handled during slower periods, rather than assisting customers who were ready to check out.
Additionally, the handling of Amazon returns contributed to delays, particularly when customers were not fully prepared with the necessary barcodes. Situations like these could be managed more efficiently to ensure that paying customers are not kept waiting unnecessarily.
I understand that staff often have multiple responsibilities, but better prioritization and attention to customers present in the store would significantly improve the overall experience.
Finally, I greeted the clerk and no greet back just "whats your phone number?" I said thank you after I had paid and he said "mmmhmmm!". Staff can definitely benefit from a Customer Service training class or 2. That's all.
