  I had came here to get my phone told the manager Ana that I needed the 35$ plan and she did not listen and put me on the 60$ plans and added cricket protection when I did not need it I need my phone and now can’t afford it

  Pretty easy to say they always take care of me, everything you need and ask for and request is taken care of.... I know everybody goes to T-Mobile but I want to change from Cricket
