  Do not recommend this place , sent my pregnant wife here and not only did these people here seem to not want to be here ,they were super rude , and if that wasn't enough the lady there had the audacity to rudely deny my wife the promotional cup she wanted and had paid for , with a stank attitude aswell .

  We went in for some subs after being in the area, the gentleman that was there was very rude and had an attitude that he would rather be anywhere else, my boyfriend was asking about the cheese (usually gets moz before it was discontinued) the guy said they didn’t have it anymore and my boyfriend commented that it’s crazy they discontinued it because subway is a big corporate company, you’d think they’d be able to afford it, gentlemen didn’t say anything okay that’s perfectly fine, I had also asked my boyfriend if I could get a cookie because it was his money we were spending not mine I wasn’t going to spend his money without asking no matter the price, my boyfriend had to run back out to our truck and in the meantime the guy serving us (didn’t even walk away) started talking shit to his co-worker about my boyfriend right in front of me, he said that subway can barely afford trash bags and that he doesn’t know where the hell my boyfriend was coming from about affording cheese, and then in a subtle mocking tone he said, “can I get a cookie? Yes go crazy…” ALL IN FRONT OF ME MIND YOU, and then when we ordered drinks my boyfriend asked “you don’t have lids?” And the guy said “nope, can’t afford it” never will go back to this location guy was very rude and there’s no reason to be talking like that about customers right in front of them! then turn your head back towards said customer and act like you didn’t say any of that….like what?? Not sure the name of the guy but he wore glasses and was on the taller side… I work in a restaurant and deal with rude and occasionally stupid people all day but never will I ever do this kind of thing

  I ordered two meals for delivery and only received half my order when delivered. I called the Sebring fl store and they were very rude on the phone and didn't make good on my order. Don't get delivery from Subway in Sebring fl .

  Food was amazing Nice young gentlemen helped me out Food was fresh Great customer service I recommend Employer’s name’s was Paul and Mike..!!!

  I order online and get here after the time it says it will be ready and as soon as I walk in I’m told it’ll be a while because there’s mobile orders ahead of mine. One employee working on a Saturday at lunch time. Don’t know who the manager is but obviously have more workers on shift for Saturday at noon.
