  Imagine placing a mobile order, arriving to pick it up, being told they can’t fill my order because they are out of almost everything, the staff cannot cancel or refund the order, and the manager is MIA. Oh, and did I mention the place smells like a sewer? I may be rooked out of $15, but at least I didn’t get food poisoning. One star is still too generous! Do better or lock the doors.

  During open hours (3pm on Wednesday) they have the doors locked. Guy walking around inside (open toes shoes and shorts on) ignoring customers outside. No signs saying closed or anything. Comment from subway says they were open and serving other customers but no one was there. Sent an email to the address provided with screenshots and time from Google showing when I was there and exactly what happened and no reply from them......

  The worst sandwiches we have had from this location. They didn't have the drinks we ordered and the ice maker ,which the employee told us, has been down sense January now July.. we will not be back. My bread was soggy. Husband's was not toasted as ordered.

  The lady was working all by herself with a line of customers so the wait time was outrageous ( the lady was trying her best so I’m not knocking her). Half of the drinks were out of syrup and the ice machine was broken . Only one selection of bread available. Please re evaluate management and give that girl a raise for putting up with it .

  Between lack of items the teenagers harassing customers inside with no shoes on and non service dogs sitting at tables this place is a dump
