  This afternoon I went on my lunch break and as I walked in a man was sitting there working. He stopped all that he was doing and asked me what he could help me with. I asked him if he had time to check my battery. He promptly said Yes and got his kit and away we went. 20 minutes later had a new battery and on my way !!! His name is James and he was extremely helpful and I can't say Thank you enough!!

  Well, I drove down to Sebring to get my part for my car. Got back to winterhaven and started working on my car and realized they sold me the wrong part. So, I returned it here in winterhaven without a problem but what a waste of time.

  I had the absolute best experience at Advance Auto Parts yesterday! Blair went above and beyond to help me. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He installed the battery in my truck, made sure everything was put back together correctly, and took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly before I left. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. We definitely need more young men like Blair who genuinely care about helping people. Because of him, I’ll be coming back to Advance Auto Parts for all of my automotive needs. Thank you again, Blair, for making the experience so easy and stress-free! Highly recommend!
