  The location of this UPS store is extremely convenient and I’ve only ever had pleasant interactions with the staff. I had to initiate a return today with a process that I wasn’t super familiar with and Carmella was so very nice and helpful. I appreciate having this service and nice staff so close to home!

You can genuinely tell that they love and appreciate their customers. I rely on them for everything—from everyday returns and passport photos to notary services—and the process is always quick and seamless. I would gladly ship through these guys instead of anyone else.   Doug and Joanna went above and beyond to help me with an Amazon return that I couldn’t break down or package myself. Doug took the time to help break apart the item so it could be properly packaged, which I truly appreciated. Both were attentive, professional, and provided outstanding customer service.
