  Worst facility imaginable. Been looking out the window for my package for 2 days, a special gift from my husband. Driver said they couldn't find our address so we were forced to change it, now my gift is being returned to sender after watching for it for 2 days. we've never had an issue getting mail here. we get mail every day. i'm gutted. i don't even want the gift anymore because this was so disappointing and exhausting. my husband even asked if he could pick it up they said no. what an awful company.

  I came in straight from the grocery store with a large order that I wanted to turn into a care package for my daughter at college, and they made the entire process so simple. The staff member was incredibly friendly, professional, patient, and efficient. He helped me get everything packed and ready to go, double checked everything, and made sure it was all taken care of properly. What could have been a complicated project was quick and completely stress free. Easy peasy! 😊 I always appreciate how friendly and helpful everyone is here. Excellent customer service from start to finish always.

  The location of this UPS store is extremely convenient and I’ve only ever had pleasant interactions with the staff. I had to initiate a return today with a process that I wasn’t super familiar with and Carmella was so very nice and helpful. I appreciate having this service and nice staff so close to home!

  I absolutely love this UPS store! The service mentality here is completely unmatched, and every single staff member is incredibly helpful. You can genuinely tell that they love and appreciate their customers. I rely on them for everything—from everyday returns and passport photos to notary services—and the process is always quick and seamless. I would gladly ship through these guys instead of anyone else.
