  Very poor communication. We've had a mailbox there for years. Whenever we need to get in touch with them, either the voicemail is full or if you are able to leave a message, nobody calls back. Nobody emails back if you email, either. They definitely get in touch when it's time to renew for payment, though!

  Currently have a PO box there for the company I work for and trying to get ahold of the store to see if anything is in the box is next to impossible. No one ever answers and the voicemail is full. We have tried email also

  Color printer down, for months. That's not business, it's carelessness.

  Their service is down don’t even waste your time. Went out of my way to get some documents printed, and the employee says “sorry can’t get into the email” brushes it off like it’s no big deal. At least be a little creative on trying to help with a solution.

  Tina helped me figure out the best way to insure my package. She was patient and courteous even though this store was busy. I felt like she understood my needs and applied her expertise to get me the best value and peace of mind.
