  Very organized and professional people. Amazing services offered. They would help you by printing and tapping the boxes but will charge you for that which make sense because customers pay for the service. Manager is very kind and helpful person.

  I walked in too ask about label being printed and they told me 3$ for the email and 25¢ for the print so I sent my husband to finish the job and when he arrived they charged me 7 dollars which is ridiculous....I have heard from multiple people who use this store to not go back because they have serval problems all the time and management is poor.....I am upset with how this business is being ran and the fact the a manager can have total and complete freaks out in front of customer as a customer of Your store I'm disappointed to see how your business is being ran!!! I'm notice that a lot of people around are not wanting to use the store anymore I don't recommend

  The staff I interacted with were Matt, AK, and Gavin, and every one of them greeted me with a warm smile. They were quick to provide a shipping quote and made me feel confident by assuring me that UPS would take great care of my packages. The entire team was fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. It was obvious they work very well together, and AK was especially quick to answer his coworkers’ questions and help whenever needed. Their teamwork and professionalism really stood out. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I’ll definitely be returning for my future shipping needs. Thanks, everyone!

  The staff were several young guys and one gal. They all went above and beyond. They were even concerned whether I knew the people I was shipping to so I wouldn't be taken advantage of by scammers. I was shipping camera equipment and a bronze horse. Great service! Great people!
