  I've had nothing but great experiences at this UPS Store. One employee has helped me several times with printing documents and is always friendly, accommodating, and efficient. On my most recent visit, another employee (a tall gentleman whose name I didn't catch) helped me with a Happy Returns package that I'd accidentally over-taped. He immediately reassured me that it wasn't a problem and even pointed out that the instructions don't make that clear, so it was an easy mistake to make. I really appreciated how kind and understanding he was. This is a busy store, but I'm always impressed by how quickly and efficiently they handle every transaction. Whether I'm printing documents or making a return, everything is done smoothly and professionally. Every staff member I've interacted with (or even just observed helping other customers) has been personable, patient, and genuinely pleasant. Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend!

  I went in to purchase just one stamp and the young man who waited on me gave me the same service as the people who were making "real" purchases. LOL It was great! I'd recommend this place any day!
