  Took advantage of us with our very short time period before hoping on flight. We shipped 2 skateboards from Florida to Massachusetts for $113. Yup you read that right. Our package was about 12lbs and they charged us for a 40lb package. This place is a scam. Do not use this place. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

  I wish I could leave 10 stars. I’m leaving this 5 star review because of how I watched staff and management treat another customer. Even though my exp was 5 stars, like always. An elderly man who comes in often and was recognized by staff, didn’t have everything required to send his package. And the manager looked up and said that it won’t be a problem, he can make an exception for this gentlemen. You don’t get that small town treatment really anywhere these days. Especially from the corporate competition. A little humanity goes a very long ways. Class act operation, I don’t know how they stack up with the competition as far as prices, I don’t even care. I’ll pay whatever they charge any day of the week to know I’m going to get treated fair.

  Called to check about a pretty standard document, explained my infant was visiting grandparents and needed a notary on a power of attorney, was told to be there by 530. I arrived and was given a look like I was crazy. Was told we don't do "those kind of documents or anything regarding healthcare". A notary is there to certify a signature, the type of document should be largely irrelevant. Because they had me come last minute all other notary are closed. I now have to do what I did last time and have it notarized online in order for her to make her flight. There is a reason brick and mortar is dying. If you need something notarized go somewhere else. Becoming a notary is exceptionally cheap, and there are a number of websites offering the service as long as you have a working cell phone camera.

  This is THE BEST UPS store on the coast. The staff are knowledgeable, polite, very willing to help and their prices are more than fair. Brennan and his staff take pride in helping their customers.

  I've been coming here for 2 years. I cannot believe there aren't five stars. Everyone here is so helpful and wonderful! They make a tedious chore of returning simple, easy and breezy
