  Store is conveniently located but had a less than satisfactory experience with one of the employees who should not be dealing with the public. Totally unprofessional behavior.

  Good day I come here very often well this morning at 735 am I went into the store to ship a package and the gentleman behind the counter gave me the look of death! I said good morning with no response! I then said maybe not a good morning and asked are you having a bad morning he said I’m just getting started very rudely and snatched my package and I said well maybe you should call someone to come cover you because being so rude is not necessary at all! He then threw my receipt on the counter and walked away! There are too many locations to be acting this way and for a customer to leave feeling the way I did! Never again will I return to this location!!! I know is Friday the 13th but come Jason is only in the movies! This happened March 13th at 735 am! Never understand why employees make a customer feel so horrible when it’s the customers that’s gonna keep your job guarantee your job is what I should say. Have a great day.

  I had a terrible experience with this UPS Store at Bee Ridge Rd and Lorraine Rd in Sarasota, FL, and would not recommend this location to anyone. About a year ago, I shipped a valuable piece of artwork from this store to Indiana and paid extra for insurance because of the item’s high value. When the package arrived, the artwork was damaged beyond repair. I immediately contacted this UPS Store and provided multiple photos and a written statement from the receiving business confirming the damage. Despite submitting this documentation, a year has passed and I have received absolutely no follow up, resolution, or reimbursement—not even an offer of refund for the additional insurance I purchased. UPS has never contacted me, and every time I reach out to this store directly, the staff is unhelpful and dismissive. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. Management at this location clearly lacks integrity and concern for their customers. Based on this experience, I will never return to this UPS Store and will never pay extra for UPS shipping insurance again, as it appears to offer no real protection or guarantee. This was a horrible experience from start to finish.
