I went to this UPS location to return some Amazon items, and the customer service was honestly unacceptable.
Before it was even my turn, I watched the employee with curly blond hair treat the woman in front of me with a complete lack of professionalism. He seemed like he had no desire to be there, no patience, no basic customer service attitude, and no respect for the person standing in front of him.
Then he treated me with the same attitude. He did not greet me properly, did not look at me, did not smile, did not try to help, and acted like I was the problem. At one point, his response was basically, “Oh, it’s so confusing,” as if the issue was me, when the real issue was his attitude and the way he was handling the situation.
I had to ask him to give me my items back because the way he was speaking to me and handling the return made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
People come to this store to receive a service. We are taking time out of our day, and in many cases paying for services, and the least we should expect is basic respect and professionalism. If someone does not want to work with customers, that person should not be placed at the front counter.
Management really needs to pay attention to who they are putting in customer-facing positions. This experience was frustrating, unnecessary, and completely avoidable. Very poor customer service

Very disappointed with the service at this UPS store. I was promised that an important letter would arrive the next day, and now it has been 10 days with no delivery or updates at all. What made the situation even worse was going to the store in person and being told they had absolutely no information about the shipment or even the package tracking number. Delays can happen, but the lack of responsibility, communication, and customer service is completely unacceptable, especially when handling important documents. I expected far more professionalism and reliability. After this experience, I will never trust them with another shipment again.
