  This UPS store is great. Matt is very helpful and helped me get a birthday sign printed for my son and it looked amazing. Very smooth and easy process and he was so kind.

  This location has been amazing and very accommodating every time my wife and I have come here. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment you walk in. They take the time to explain options clearly, never rush you, and always find the best solution for whatever we’re shipping or returning. We’ve used them for everything from packages and Amazon returns to printing, and the service is consistently excellent. The team is efficient, the store is clean and well-organized, and they make what could be a stressful errand feel easy. It’s clear they care about doing things right and making customers feel valued. This is easily our go-to UPS Store. Highly recommend!

  Rude customer service from the guy who I guess owns the store. Returned my Amazon package and it required a box, but I couldn't seal it yet because I wasn't sure if they had to scan the 2 items. Every other UPS store I've been to gladly uses their own tape to seal the box. He said I had to buy the 1 ft of tape it requires and if he didn't charge me, he'd make no money on the transaction. Ok, make your $1.61 on the transaction. Hope it was worth making a customer not happy. Petty
