OMG! What an awful experience at this Subway franchise, where as a disabled person in a wheelchair I was verbally abused, discriminated and sent out with "get the hell out of my store".
Details.
As a disabled in a mobility scooter, I entered this shop at 12:25 PM on 07/24/2026 simply trying to get a sandwich before catching my bus at 12:50 PM. What followed was one of the most degrading experiences as a customer.
When my turn came, the man behind the counter (who claimed to be the manager) did everything but serving my turn. Moreover, he deliberately started working on "go-orders" for people behind me. When I voiced my concern about missing my bus, he didn't budge to adjust the flow. During ordering I politely asked for his name, he smugly refused to give it, boasting, "If you have a problem, I’m the manager here."
It only got worse at checkout. He actively harassed me over tipping - calling me a "cheapskate" and upon POS misreading my credit card, he blatantly accused me of trying to steal from him. To which, being fed-up, I replied - "Geez, I can buy this whole store, for God sakes! Now, you definitely deserve the worst feedback you ever had!" After that, and all this was in front of many people, he screamed at me: "GET THE HELL OUT OF MY STORE!"
To be publicly humiliated, called a thief and verbally thrown out on the street while sitting in a disability scooter is completely outrageous! This manager acted with zero basic human decency. I was left shaken, humiliated and late for my bus. I urge everyone - especially the disabled community - to stay far away from this store until Subway takes serious actions to remove this individual from any Subways and any customer service related business!.
