  I showed up around 9:00pm and I don’t know if the only person was in the restroom or if they were just in the back but I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up at the front counter.

  Ordered online, get there to pick it up, they said they didn't have the order, I showed them my confirmation, they told me the manager told them if they didn't have the order, they couldn't make it, meanwhile I was charged for it and they wouldn't give me a managers number or who else to speak with!!!! Employees were rude! Done with subway. I managed subway restaurants and would have never treated a customer that way
