  I’m unsure of her name but super super rude. We were looking at the menu and started off give me a minute mind you we didn’t say a single thing. The lady was like talking to herself. My sister got a wrap didn’t ask for pickles and said that then still didn’t take them off until something was said again. Then was extremely rude after taking the last order we had. If she can’t accept the fact she made a mistake and be nice after then she shouldn’t be working there at all. Should be fired. From the moment we walked in and left she got more attitude and was disrespectful…

  It's Subway. The woman who works there is great if you know how to order at Subway and a terror (in a way I found highly amusing) if you don't. Restaurant is nice, clean, and quiet.

  Employee was rude. Wish I could take back the tip. $11 for half a sub and it was tiny. Never again.

  Cute location and was excited to try until I had the displeasure of ordering. Rude employees who seem upset that they had to work. Will not return and I feel sorry for the owners - they should do a better job of staffing their store. Also the girl sneezed and didn’t cover her mouth - kinda lost my appetite. Won’t be back!!!

  Every time I’ve ordered to-go and then shown up 15- 18 minutes after ordering (when the app says it’s ready), it’s NEVER on the to-go shelf. This forces me to wait behind 6+ people in front of me who just walked in to place an order, while my sub, which was ordered 30 minutes ago (by the time I get to it), just sits behind them on the counter getting cold. Sure, I could say, “excuse me” and squeeze through, then go in front of everybody else, then interrupt them in the middle of making someone else’s sub, ALL TO ASK FOR MY ALREADY WAITING SUB….but It’s uncomfortable, rude, annoying, and pointless on ALL accounts, and I shouldn’t have to anyway. If they would take 10 seconds to put the to-go orders on the shelf when they are ready. It actually helps the Customer and the Employee! 1. We won’t be forced into choosing between (waiting another 10+ min behind the line that just walked in) or being that obnoxious person and going in front of others. 2. THEY won’t have to be interrupted or bothered-plus it clears people out faster. Just finish the task. That's all. You did all the work and got the to-go order all ready. It’s all finished. Just put it on the shelf. Can’t tell you how annoying it is to stand there for (no less then 5 min usually much more) knowing that you…not only ordered your sandwich way before the people in front of you probably even thought about lunch…. but that you get to watch your hot sub sit on a counter getting cold behind the employees while they make seven more subs before they can even see you. PLEASE USE THE GO SHELF - FOR EVERYONE’S SAKE!
