Over priced/bad coverage/ when I went to cancel my insurance with them my payment was still processing instead of canceling the transaction they let it go through and now I have to wait 10 business days on 2grand hope I get some accrued interest on it!

Outstanding customer service! I accidentally missed a payment and my policy was close to being cancelled. Sarah contacted me immediately so I could take care of it before it became an issue. I truly appreciate their prompt communication and the care they showed. Highly recommend!

The first representative had to transfer me to Ashley who very skillfully completed the task I requested with ease and pleasure.
