I've used this location for printing documents when either I haven't had access to a printer or my own off and on for close to 15 years. The staff have always been kind and helpful to me. Thank you!

Awful service from Mr. Lazaro. I understand things can get busy, but everyone deserves their turn. I sent the email for my label to be printed, and he told me it would be another 4-minute wait. Really??? 😂

GO TO STAPLES IS CHEAPER!!
Very disappointed with FedEx Office. I paid for business cards about 4 months ago and never once received a proof, from what manager said I thought they would keep a file yet they keep insisting they “always” email proofs. On top of that, nobody followed up with me after I placed the order. When I went in person, Assistant Manager Jack told me they would call me when everything was ready, but I never received a single call. I even waited 3 days before having to call THEM myself just to get the service started.
Now they want to charge me another $149.99 to redo the same cards just because of a simple address change. Poor communication, lack of follow-up, and no accountability for their mistakes. Customers should not have to chase down a service they already paid for.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY LIERS AND DON’T DO THEIR JOB!!!
BY THE WAY I GOT 500 BUSINESS CARDS DONE FOR $40 AT STAPLES.

Ni siquiera una estrella. CERO. Mi sugerencia NO IR A ESE LUGAR. Sus empleados no están para atender al público unicamente si usan su servicio de envios de paqueteria. Necesito fotopias y ni se molestan en atender, es mas se alegran que no pueda usar sus fotocopiadoras ninguna de sus tres maquinas funcionan que tienen problemas de.internet fue la respuesta y silbando se alegro cuando me fui y me pregunta que.pasó, no pudo ser al final? El rubio musculoso mas sarcastico el otro permanecio Escondido para no ayudar. PESIMO PESIMO
