  Today my 80 year old friend who has a Cricket phone went in for some help and was refused help. Telling her they only sell phones. The employees at KFC appear more intelligent than any Cricket person

  Disappointing. Upgraded a phone and moved lines over. One phone needed a new sim card. The person mixed my phone numbers up and put the wrong sim card in. Then threw the card away and installed a new one. Come to find out, wrong card again. Went back to explain and only way to fix was to buy another sim card. After being a customer for over 8 years, might need to check out other carriers.

  Extremely helpful with my phone and getting back apps especially my Facebook and other things to set up on my phone that I couldn't do myself very happy and pleased with Laura

  Estuve hoy 07/22/2025 en la tienda, el servicio al cliente es bueno, la señorita me ayudó, pero es imposible y desconsiderado estar en la tienda porque el Aire acondicionado no trabaja y el calor es muy fuerte adentro.
