  My husband and I stopped into Advanced Auto Parts and Austin was extremely helpful! He helped us find exactly what we needed to recharge the Freon in our car and took the time to explain how to use everything properly. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process so much easier for us. Great customer service — we really appreciated all his help!

  Staff was extremely helpful and professional. Austin in particular took the time to walk us through adding A/C coolant to our Honda and was exceptional. 10/10 service all around will be back and thanks again Austin!!

  I went in to get a new car battery and Barthalamew took the time to look up that warranty and it was still good and provided me a new battery free of charge. Wonderful experience!!

  I went went to start my car (2010 Buick) one morning and the car would not start. The battery was not working. I had the car jumped and went to Advance Auto as the battery was still under warranty. They replaced the battery. Unfortunately, the car would not start. After trying for some time, the issues could not be resolved. Advance Auto suggested I send the car to an auto repair shop to determine the issues. They volunteered to pay the towing cost. The auto repair shop determined a very expensive part had been damaged and must be replaced. Upon advising Advance Auto of this information, they agreed to pay the bill. The manager of Advanced was very kind, helpful and professional every step of the way.
