    Order a six piece swing combo on DoorDash with Cajun seasoning fries. made sure that I selected Light seasoning for the fries and everything well done. called the store after purchasing the order and ask them to make everything fresh and gave the name for the Uber order. upon receiving my food everything was stale and cold and I received about eight piece wings with heavily salted fries

    This specific location should be reported and closed. After placing a $45 order that was to be picked up by DoorDash, we received numerous updates from multiple drivers saying the order was canceled. Finally, making the decision to go and pick it up after confirming we were still charged, we arrive to the location only to be told that a driver stole the food. After a few clarifying questions, we were told that’s the only thing that could have happened as they had to tell multiple drivers the food had already been picked up. We asked if someone saw a driver take the food, or are they saying someone took the food and they assume it was DoorDash? The response was, that’s who it has to be. Then we were told to re order and take it up with DoorDash. The only thing we did wrong was trusting our money with a business that’s expected to have integrity, provide proper customers service and be professional. It’s not unreasonable to expect a mature conversation with an employee after you paid for something and they failed to properly provide you with the item. This behavior is disgustingly unacceptable and will be reported beyond this post.
