  Absolutely terrible experience. I wasted over 20 minutes waiting to print a document, only to find out that the printer wasn’t even working. What makes it worse is that no one informed customers ahead of time, so I stood around waiting for nothing. My time is valuable, and this level of disorganization is unacceptable. If your equipment is down, let people know before they waste their time. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service

  I brought in two Boxes and realize that they weren’t taped at the top. Rather than just grabbing a tape gun and throwing some tape on the top the girl told me that I had to buy tape. She was extremely curt about it. Awful customer service and will never visit this location again. This is just ridiculous. The Orange City location is great. I really hope the owner sees this.
