  This worker named Melissa, was amazing and so patient with our long return. The store was very clean and organized and very nice people that work at the UPS.

  The sales associates Melissa and Kayla were very helpful very knowledgeable about what they what they do and they made my shipping issue no issue at all so I have to give a big thanks to both of them being on on staff this day because I couldn't have found any more help than the help that I found there today thank you both

  So...i walk into this store with a PrePaid shipping label QR code and the guy at the counter says that THEiR computer system is down/not able to scan QR codes today but if i have another kind of shipping label they'll take that...so when i show him the exact type of label he said will Work i am expected to PAY again now to print it...in other words the CUSTOMER has to pay for YOUR system issues (?) 👎 Yeah Right. No way.
