  They never have any ingredients worst location ever. I came two weeks ago they dont have tomatoes or lettuce I just came back tonight and they still dont have tomatoes. Either the workers are lazy and dont want to prepare the ingredients that is the main part subs or they owners dont order or care about their location. I will never return to this location. I will always now go to the one on 46 because they actually have ingredients.

  i like it employee are nice :D and funny (which is awesome) kind women there wished gave her 50 dollar tip but i don’t have permission from ~ a 13 year old

  I normally like coming here I love the service the food is great but the last few times i have came in they are out of about 50% of their stock every single time today there was no teriyaki chicken how is that possible it’s Tuesday management needs to get their supplies in order I’m sorry but I won’t be back for awhile

  Please have more than 1 person there at lunch time. Waiting 20 minutes with only 2 people ahead of me is maddening. She did a great job keeping her cool as the customer line was increasing. Dealing with physical customers and website orders is too much for 1 person at lunch time! I've always had excellent service there. Today was the first time with issue. If it continues to be a 20-minute wait, I'll have to reconsider this location.
