  Miss Carol is a FREAKING ROCKSTAR!! Whenever I come to this location she's always working by herself and she's an absolute star! They might be short staffed, but she makes sure everybody is well taken care of, the place is well kept, and she also makes sure everything is fresh, and thoroughly stocked .Thank you Ms Carol 😊💕💕

  Went on Monday July 13th, 2026 at 6:30pm. The server was a young female with no name tag who was totally disengaged and uninterested in my order. She appeared bothered, disinterested and as if I was an inconvenience because it appeared she was busy doing something in the back of the store. She never welcomed me and was matter of fact with no eye contact or smile. I felt uncomfortable and so I left and got my wife to check out the order, however my wife felt the same way. Throughout the experience she was totally in another world and not sure why. We couldn't wait to get out of there and won't be returning. I realize it's not a restaurant but she chose to work there and should at least be courteous, attentive and professional. I've been to many subways and most, not all are good at what they do. I left without ordering and as I left she left the front vulnerable by leaving everything and going to the back of the store again. Needs either retraining or replaced. Not worth losing business over her poor performance.

  1 star because there is always only one person working. I guess the owner is too cheap to pay a 2nd person. The lady working was fantastic but clearly overwhelmed with trying to do 2-3 people's jobs! The owner is horrible to allow this to happen.

  I dont like doing this but the person working today, June 16 2026, took extremely long to finish orders. Caused me to lose business delivering food. All she had to say was she was hungry and didn't want to be there. Left the phone ringing off the hook and resulted in another lost order. I hope she has a better day but the lack of work ethic is a extreme issue
