We explained our situation, questions, and concerns, and Destiny carefully evaluated our needs without placing us on hold. Within 20 minutes, she provided us with both a verbal and written quote that met our requirements. We accepted immediately, and our payment was processed without any issues.   I dealt with Jessica. Who was super nice and helpful. I had to add my granddaughter to my policy because she lives with me and drives my car. Jessica got me the same coverage l had with progressive paying $10.00 less and my granddaughter added. Convenient and efficiency along with excellent customer service. You cant beat that.
