When I drive out of my way to get here at 12:50pm and the sign says the hours are 10am til 5pm I don’t expect them to be closed.

The lady at the counter named Christine or Christina told me I can't use an Amazon box that had a battery sticker on it and I would have to pay $6.99 for them to put the item in a new box. All because of a sticker. I told her I'll just take off the sticker then. She said I can't do that there, I have to leave and take it off. Absolutely ridiculous
Update (same day): I took it to Walgreens because I didn't want to deal with that. Walgreens said they can't take it. The package is already in FedEx at Walmarts possession in the system. Even tho, before I left, I specifically asked this Walmart FedEx employee if I take it elsewhere will my original QR code work, she said yes she took it out of the system
Had to make another trip back to Walmart FedEx to get it figured out.
Get there and she can't print another label. Has to call an off site manager. Not sure what the manager told her but the "solution" was to photocopy the crumpled up shipping label from earlier and tape it to the box. It barely was scannable by the barcode reader.
When I asked for a managers phone number, since she said there wasn't one on site, she gave me a business card of the location we're currently at, with the same phone number to the front desk. So in essence, no manager's phone number.
I've worked in retail for a long time. This employee exhibits characteristics of not being fully trained and does not have all the permissions to accomplish the daily tasks needed to perform her job. Something as simple as reprinting a label caused a wait of over 20 minutes. While waiting, she asked me if I'm good, as to say why are you still here. I told her I'll wait until I see the new label on my package.
This employee could benefit from some more training both in daily functions of her job and customer service.
Extremely slow service - perhaps they need more personnel.
Eric does a great job thank you for your help- ,they just need an additional person versus only 1.

I'm from out of state and recently visited this fedex located inside of walmart. Sadly my brother passed away, and I was on a one day tight schedule to create poster pictures, and memory cards. The store manger Alicia was so professional, so kind, caring and helpful during this stressful situation. She helped me, and walked me through a-z. I was so stressed and on a tight schedule, she made everything happen, she helped fix my design of my brothers prayer cards. Everything was ready for pick up the next day. So thank you so much for your help. Lots of professionallism from this location.
