  The associate didn’t greet me. Was rude. Was not helpful with getting a label emailed/printed. Not engaging and then for the first time ever charged me a label printing charge. There is an ups store 5 mile south who will provide the same services but with better customer service. Recommend driving there and not utilizing this store.

  With all the Amazon returns I have, I’m so glad this store is right in my neighborhood plaza and I’m super thankful for the amazing staff smiling faces , always beyond helpful and super efficient everyone I encounter is great but especially my regular go to people Kyle Justin Ignacio and Jim I think ( tall thin with glasses grey hair ??? ) you guys rock !   My first time coming to this UPS, the customer service was horrible. I was in here for over 40 minutes trying to get a package sent out due to the customer representative who was checking me out error they didn’t even apologize for wasting my time. Didn’t even say thank you for your service after they wasted my time didn’t even apologize showed no empathy whatsoever extremely frustrated with this process extremely frustrated the way they took take care Of this issue, no empathy at all. I will never be back at this location again what a waste of time.

  This store is super convenient, I was able to return some amazon items rather than driving all the way to Wesley Chapel! Justin was great! thank you for all the help and local suggestions!

  I came in to ship one thing and somehow left feeling like I’d been emotionally supported through the entire process. The staff are always helpful, friendly, and patient, even when you show up with a box that looks like it was assembled during a caffeine-fueled breakdown in your garage. 10/10 every single time.
