  This ups is Always so welcoming and you don't have to wait usually to get helped! My dog loves coming to run my errands with me because the staff is so warm. Thank you kayleen and bethanne for taking care of me and getting my packages shipped out quickly and efficiently!

  I have been going to this UPS Store for quite some time, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive. I live within walking distance, but even if I didn’t, I would gladly drive out of my way just to use this location. Bethanne and Kayleen consistently go above and beyond for every customer. They are professional, knowledgeable, patient, genuinely kind, and always greet everyone with a warm smile. They take the time to answer questions, make sure everything is handled correctly, and never make you feel rushed. Exceptional customer service like theirs is hard to find. The store itself is always spotless, clean, and exceptionally well organized, which makes every visit quick, pleasant, and stress-free. It’s obvious that they take great pride in their work and in creating a welcoming environment for their customers. Bethanne and Kayleen are a tremendous asset to this UPS Store. Their dedication, professionalism, and positive attitudes are the reason I continue to return and confidently recommend this location to friends and family.
