  Customer service at this location is simply the best 👌🏻 I was having a rough time with my package and DeShaun helped me through the process, he was fantastic 💯 And shipping by the way ended up being cheaper than regular postal service 😀

  I was at the UPS store in st pete and Sierra was so patient and helpful. Thank you. Definitely come back to this store. Need more employees like Kierra

  Kierra was great. Even after dealing with a very unreasonable customer who even called her dumb. It was the customer’s fault too. She and the young man working were fast, efficient, and professional. Even when I made a few dumb mistakes. And they were able to do what would have taken me 30 minutes to do myself plus still take it somewhere to get it notarized. Love this store.

  DeShaun assisted me with a multi-page fax and notarizing paperwork. He did everything with no hesitation, was clearly knowledgeable, and did it with a great demeanor and a smile. He even kept checking on my fax and verified when it finally went through. Giving good customer service is not easy—DeShaun is made for it. I was very stressed and he made the process smooth!

  I am from out of state visiting several times a year. I have used the UPS store on 22nd Ave N in St Pete numerous times in the last 3 years and as resent as today. The employees there are top notch. Lynette helped me today and has before as well as a gentleman I don't remember his name. They are always so friendly, efficient and extremely helpful answering any questions I ask! You don't find customer service any better than they provide! I appreciate the employees at this store!!!
