  $24 for them to put my stuff in a box and stick label I printed already on it. And god forbid you ask them to print your label they’ll charge you for that too. The greed the company it’s unreal and disgusting.

  This is a very busy location, but the line moves fast. The staff are very helpful and kind. Parking can be a problem as it is a bust lot.

  I am so impressed with the Customer Service at this location. I bypass quite a few locations because the Customer Service here is Top tier every time I come in no matter who you’re dealing with today I have the opportunity to deal with the young man named Dakoda. I was clueless on how to make a return is something that has been frustrating me for a long time the staff here at the UPS store relieved my stress in less than 10 minutes. I am so pleased will continue to come and recommend this location to everyone.

  "Went to mail a simple metal rifle barrel. It's not a firearm, not a receiver, just a tube. The clerk refused to even touch the package and said they couldn't ship it. This is incorrect per USPS Publication 52 — standalone barrels are allowed. Poor training and unnecessary refusal of service. Very disappointed."
