    Where do I begin I went to the store to return a computer monitor for my company who provided me with a company code to ship item. I was met with Michael older gentleman with glasses. When I tried to give him the information the company provided to ship the item Michael immediately began to explain how the information I was provided was wrong at this time he didn’t even look in the system to check what I was provided. After that I left the store and contacted my company explaining what information they provided me the store couldn’t find anything. My company than sent me a shipping label and says I just have to bring the shipping label and the store would take care of boxing and shipping. I returned to the same store and Michael was at the counter and I basically had the same interaction with him. He began to just sputter information being not helpful . what I was told from my company of all I needed to do was drop off and they would box and ship. He didn’t even open his system to even look into assisting me he just began to passive aggressive stating “you need a box and I’m going to charge you for it” I said well I shouldn’t have to pay for anything can you just can this code and see. He said well I don’t have to I already know it’s not paid for. So I asked him his name and what his manager name was. He said Reggie was the manager and he’s going to tell you the same thing “you need a box” at this point I became frustrated and started walking towards the door at this time other customers walked in and approaching the desk as I’m walking away he began to antagonize me repeating “you need a box” I went to my car to gather my thoughts and I saw that another worker was in the store. I walked back in and I said to the other worker can you help me I rather not deal or talk to Michael anymore. I asked how much is the box for a computer. Michael loud and wrong says it’s not a computer it’s a monitor. I said it’s a computer monitor. He basically said I was lying to the other worker and giving false information. I asked Michael to stop addressing me at this point he. Then told him very stern to stop speaking to me. He told the other worker not to help me and I need to leave. I told him no he said he was calling the cops. I told him Great call them I’ll wait. When he was on the phone he used his trigger words she’s being aggressive and refusing to leave. Not before he called me stupid and ridiculous because I said call the cops I’ll wait saying why do you want me to call them you want to be arrested? I waited for the officers simply out of principle at this point. When I say I will never come back to this store because of how rude the staff was. And not to mention the second worker was trained to lie and say I walked in aggressive. If Michael was in charge he failed to De-escalate instead he continued to escalate this situation. Horrible experience from all the workers who was on shift today 4/19 at 1030am

    Went to this store to return a packaged, sealed enveloped to Amazon. Was totally ignored for several minutes until 2 more customers came in. I was told that I had to email the shipping label to them to print and that there would be a $3.00 charge. Email address not on their website. It was highlighted in yellow on a piece of paper by a computer across from the desk ,which I did not write down as I told him I had sent Amazon pkgs. back at this same store before and that Amazon returns are no charge for Prime customers. I left the store and went home . Called another Ups store in this area and related what happened at this store. Was told there is no charge for printing label and shipping as long as there was no packaging involved and that person was wrong to tell me that..I would rate the service and attitude of the help "0" for this store today if it were possible.
