  Older bald guy is always rude. Never says ‘good morning’ or ‘thank you’; poor customer service over all. Worst location in St. Pete. Head downtown for knowledgeable and quality service

  The two behind the counter helped me pack a rather large and awkward Amazon return, they were extremely gracious and polite. Have been a few times for various postage reasons and have every reason to recommend this place!

  I have been going to the same UPS store for over six years now and today I go in with heavy lamps that I need to mail back to Amazon. They tell me that they have a policy now that I have to pay for tape..I ask since I didn’t know about the policy is it OK if they do a courtesy one last time??.. The young man behind the counter refused to assist and was enjoying my humiliation. The older gentleman just ignored me with no empathy at all.. I had two heavy lamps to be shipped, under the circumstance. I feel like a courtesy box taping would have been the customer service friendly thing to do for a long time customer very unprofessional and very not customer service friendly. I will be taking my business elsewhere…. And to the customer in the store that let me use her tape gun. Thank you!!! I will pay it forward.
