  This location did an amazing job packaging the turntable I needed shipped. The purchaser received the turntable and called me just to say he was impressed with the way it was boxed and packed. As anyone knows turntables do not ship well, but the owner of this location went out of her way to pack my item the very best it could be. Thanks

  Was in this store the morning of June 10th. I had to ship a 90lb box. The box had a preprinted label that already had the weight via my account. 2 women were working. The older lady was very nice. The younger lady was very matter a fact and not friendly or helpful. She informed me that I had to put this 90lb large box on the scale. The scale is very small and on a counter that is 3 feet high. This was unnecessary.It was pre weighed and payed for. Luckily I’m strong enough to do it. But I am 58. What if I threw my back out? Wonder what an attorney would say? What if someone isn’t strong enough to do this? Do you send them away?This was ridiculous. I had to ship a similar box today went to the ups store on 7th ave and 4st. No issues. Just scanned and left. I suppose that’s why they have a4.9 rating and this location has a 3.3. Do better….
