  Samantha Feuer provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire quoting process. She was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive to all my questions. She took the time to explain the coverage options clearly and promptly followed up whenever I needed additional information. Although Allstate’s premium ultimately came in higher than what I currently pay, I still consider Allstate a great insurance company. I was an Allstate customer for more than 20 years while living in Houston, but rates and circumstances changed after I relocated to Florida. If you’re shopping for auto, home, or another type of insurance policy, I highly recommend reaching out to Samantha. Hopefully, one day Allstate’s premiums will become more competitive while continuing to offer the same great coverage and customer service. Regardless, Samantha’s professionalism and responsiveness deserve five stars.

  Samantha Feuer is very fast, efficient and gets the job done without endless texts, emails or phone calls. Fir someone with a gearing impairment this is much appreciated.
