  We had such a great experience with Danni at The UPS Store. She helped us with a notary and was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. The line was literally out the door, but she never lost her cool or made us feel rushed. She kept her composure, took her time with us, and made sure everything was handled correctly. It’s not easy to provide that level of customer service when things are so busy, but Danni did an amazing job. She is definitely an asset to this location. Thank you, Danni, for making the whole process so easy and pleasant.

  The employee who assisted me was extremely rude and disrespectful. I don’t know his name, but he is a man with medium-length curly hair. His attitude was completely unprofessional, and the way he treated me was unacceptable. I hope UPS addresses this kind of behavior because customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.

  1 star for poor customer service. I was walking up at 6:30 on the dot (I understand they close at 6:30) but the girl inside locked the door as I was walking up. And when I asked if I could leave my packages to be shipped out (which both had labels already on them ready to go so no help was required other than just leaving them on the counter) she just held her arms up making an X with them saying no. I know I was at the very end of showing up but that was just really rude and not good customer service. Mind you there were about 3 customers in the store in line so it would have been no harm to just let me leave them on the counter.

  Bartram Market UPS. Line was long when I came into store, all the employees were so kind and efficient, the line moved so quickly. I had several returns through several different websites/companies, no boxes/no labels and my phone kept freezing. ARIEL was amazing!’ She was so patient, helpful and didn’t make me feel rushed or uncomfortable about not having my stuff better organized. Very impressed with the service and people at this location.
