  The girl with Curly hair always want to make you buy a bag to ship here no matter what any box you bring it in they will try to upsell you a bag and say it can’t be shipped but I don’t have any other problems when I go to any ups store only this location go to the one on Narcoossee and 192 way easier never a problem

  Lately, I’ve had serious concerns with Amazon returns at this UPS Store. More than once, Amazon has notified me that they received a different item from the one I returned. Since I personally bring the correct items to this location, it appears returns may be getting mixed up during processing. Management should review their procedures to prevent customers from being wrongly charged.

  the last 5 returns to Amazon have never received a scan leaving this location which is causing an issue as they say it’s not retimed but I have proof of delivery

  Whatever You Need Done Here Will Happen But Is The Location Nice? I'd Say Not You Can Go Down 13th Street Towards Narcoossee If You Want A Better Experience
