  Tl:dr employee with the worst energy and attitude scamming Amazon return customers. Sordid tale below for those interested. Heads up that they have a neat little grift going on here. I got two Amazon returns that just said to drop them off in the original packaging and with a label at any UPS store. This one was close so I figured I'd try it out. Ran into the first snag when their self help kiosk, that prints receipts in label form, inexplicably wouldn't print the shipping label I needed. Some dude in glasses and a knee brace popped up with the most obnoxiously condescending and irritated energy, as though he couldn't believe he had to spend time helping a customer. It instantly gave me a seriously bad vibe. Should have listened to it because then he went on a tirade about how I had to bring it in a separate box and wouldn't accept it otherwise. I assured him I returned stuff all the time to UPS stores and had never had this issue to which he basically accused me of lying, saying I'd never returned an electronic device then. Not sure where bro got the gall to basically insinuate to my face that I was lying or incompetent but here we are. Flash forward to me now having to actually *buy* boxes to put the boxes with the items in or he wouldn't take it, fed me some BS about items getting lost or whatever. He went in the back and came up with like $10 worth of boxes for me to buy, fortunately I noticed some $3 boxes in the front that I could get instead, so yea, basically this location is scamming their Amazon return customers to push product and make money off us. I will be reporting this to their corporate site and making sure everyone I talk to is aware to watch out for the "Spectacled Sarcastic Scammaster..."

  I walked in they scan my code and off it went, it was a return but I had to do it at a designated store Palatka does not have a UPS store,
