THIEVES!!!! Last 5 items I shipped out back to Amazon they never received and I ended up getting charged for the items that I don't even have anymore and I used this location to return the items. My recent returns through staples I had no issues at all. They are thieves at this ups.

I feel most of their negative reviews are based in racism against the owners.

The store has a bunch of crooks. They want to charge you for a piece of tape for an Amazon return when other stores do not. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else because this place it's ridiculous.

They took care of mail with a label, mail without a label and an Amazon return. I didn’t have to wait. Very friendly and speedy.
