  Terrible service! New owner is NOT customer-friendly and wants to charge for everything! Sure miss the old owners!

  I love UPS! But not this particular store. It always seems understaffed, the employees that are there are not helpful and the Amazon return self-scan process is horrible! Even if you have items boxed with a shipping label they make you scan it in. If you can, avoid this location!!!

  I so wish that I had read the reviews on this place!!!! I took a package in on 4-17 was supposed to arrive at its destination on 4-20 all my tracking numbers show it has never left the store as of 4-25 the girl I talk to didn’t give a crap about my package!!! After I get this resolved I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

  ATTENTION SAINT AUGUSTINE PATRONS. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I went into this store at 5:15 tonight to return an Amazon item. I do not like the way this store does their Amazon returns but put up with it because it's on the island and close to me. As I entered the store the old crotchety lady proceeds to yell across the desk while helping another customer that the Amazon kiosk isn't working and there's a sign on the door. Mind you the door is open because the USP driver is doing his pickup and going in and out loading the truck with packages from the store. I apologized to this woman for not seeing the sign and turned around to walk out the door. She's still talking to me in a very condescending tone to tell me next time I should come to the store earlier. Besides the store hours saying they're open until 6:30 that lady should not be in customer service. I will never step foot in the store ever again and I plan to report her to whoever owns that store. AGAIN ANY PATRONS WHO ROUTINELY COME TO THIS STORE FROM SAINT AUGUSTINE BEACH OR ANYWHERE ON THE ISLAND SAVE YOURSELF THE PLEASURE OF EXPERIENCING SUCH AN AWFUL HUMAN BEING AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

  This store used to be amazing, friendly and efficient, but now is terrible. I will drive further away to go to any other location from now on. The gray haired female employee is always rude. They clearly don’t care about customer service here. I highly suggest going somewhere else.
