  This use to be the one place that still gave excellent customer service. Some of the people that work there are so rude. Might as well go to Post Office

  Worst experience I’ve ever had at a UPS Store. First, I stood there for about 10 minutes while no one even acknowledged me or asked what I needed. Employees were walking around helping other customers, but apparently I was invisible. Then I was told they wouldn’t print my shipping label unless I paid $2.30. Just think about that — $2.30 to print a barcode for a package I’m literally dropping off with them. I already had the prepaid label ready on my phone. I simply needed it printed as a sticker and attached to the package. I asked, “Can you print it here?” The answer was basically: “You should have printed it at home, or we can print it for $2.30.” Seriously? Charging $2.30 to print one prepaid shipping label while accepting the package for shipment is ridiculous. The whole experience felt unprofessional and unnecessarily frustrating. Definitely the worst customer service experience I’ve had at a UPS Store.

  Absolutely the best UPS store in the country. I use UPS for work and have to go to the store daily and there is NO better staff than the one at this store. Jamelia, Jasmine and Cindy go the extra Mile EVERY time I’m in there. They are nice and effective, efficient and kind ! jamelia is a force and is always getting my packages out asap with care! Jasmine is super kind and makes the experience fun! miss Cindy can fix any problem you have without even breaking a sweat !! If you need to bring packages to an ups store, choose this one !!! A+++++ 10000%

  UPS used to be the best option for ground shipping. Not any more. UPS Ground has become way too expensive. I'll go to the post office from now on.

  Gone downhill since sold a year or so ago. Tried to ship a small package internationally to England via USPS. Was told they couldn't do it. I've done it before from there... Not worth the wait in line.... Find another site for shipping needs.
