  Probably the worst experience I’ve had at any location. The new hire booted me to the side to help another customer. The supervisor on duty apparently doesn’t know how to operate the store email, as I had to send the label 3 seperate times before she finally found it. Only after sending the label 3 times and waiting in line for 20 minutes was I informed, THIS LOCATION IS NOT A USPS DROPOFF LOCATION, unlike every other UPS store on the face of the earth. Avoid at all costs unless you just really want to waste 30 minutes of your day.

  Great group of people. Very courteous and patient. Knowledgeable, helpful. Definitely 1 of the best UPS sites in the Jax-St Johns Co area

  Sometimes there’s a long line but I make sure to get in it…like Chick Filet, they get you in and out in no time. Everyone has always been respectful and if I don’t have my stuff in order, they don’t make me feel bad about. They are always helpful and kind.

  My grandson left his all beaten up stuffed bunny that is his security blanket. And they immediately knew that it was precious cargo. And they did the very best they couldn’t have done a better job! Absolutely love this place will always be using them to mail my packages!
