  One of the biggest issues I had was that they added a policy to my name for a person who was living at my address. I found this out only after they had an accident and I began getting phone calls. To this day it effects my history of me having zero accidents when I buy other policies.

  My agent (who was the best ever) retired and I received this office. I have tried multiple times to contact them re transferring my insurance to my new car. It automatically goes to the Allstate call center. I switched agents. I do not recommend them. What good is an agent if you can't get a hold of them?

  Entitled and condescending. I bought a car from my parents that was already being serviced by this agency. I shifted my policy here since it was already set up. They are condescending and take your business for granted! You feel like a number through their machine with zero appreciation for your existence. After a year I finally switched when I bought a new car to Geico. I saved $100 per month and didn’t have to be talked down to by the entitled women who I’ve talked to at this agency. I gave 2 stars because I could at least access my proof of insurance online and bypass having to talk to these people.

  Luis and staff are the best I have ever done business with, he has been my agent for almost 10 years !!!!
