  They didn’t have a motorcycle battery for a 2021 Vulcan Voyager, then the guy tried to sell me the wrong battery, claiming it would work. I told him it wouldn’t fit into the battery housing, and he said it’s $500 if he ordered one for me. I told him I’d order one myself, and I found it all day long on eBay for $62 with free shipping.

  Just had the most amazing experience at this Advance Auto Parts store. Came in with battery issues as a result of corrosion on cable connections. Unfortunately one of the cables was put on with the wrong bolt and which made it crazy hard to get off. Had the car jumped just to get to the store, which triggered a check engine code (that I truly believe to be caused by jump start). After spending about 45 minutes total with Mr. Earl and Ms. Ann, I left with new battery cables connection on, a jumper box (just because I have been meaning to get one) and no codes showing (a result of changing cables). Really can’t say enough about Earl and Ann. Mr. Earl is extremely talented, kind and knowledgeable. Ms. Ann was very helpful and extra considerate. Honestly, the only reason I went to Advance was because they were close. After today, I’d drive out of my way for this store and that crew. Thank you! 🙏🏻

  Super helpful gentleman working Sunday afternoon (6/28/26), I should have gotten his name but he was friendly to work with even when it was pretty clear I didn’t know what I needed.

  I came in to see if I created a problem when I changed my spark plugs. Larry immediately got defensive and said it's against company policy. I asked him why Advanced Auto would have a scanner if it couldn't be used to scan my vehicle. He said it couldn't be borrowed. I asked him to consider that I don't care who does it. He. Said the codes couldn't be cleared. I asked what codes he was referring to. He said he was referring to the codes the scanner might find. I said I wasn't worried about that and hadn't indicated that I wanted to clear any codes. He told me it would be a while while I waited on the lady put front to finish helping the other customer with his battery. I said that I'm not in a hurry. He said good because it wouldn't matter if I was. I am still waiting after 15 minutes. Larry is still leaning on the counter staring into space.
