  Advance Auto Parts has been a "go to" store for auto parts for a long time. We like the store but from time to time we will encounter a lexidasial employee, but it does not deter our loyalty to AAP store.

  Bob was a huge help today. I have a Alfa mayo and parts are hard to find. He helped me cross-reference a wheel speed sensor and now I’m able to make it to work tomorrow no problem. I’d give him 10 stars if I could.

  Everyone in there is helpful and kind! I had a dead battery that I got through a mechanic and the mechanic was not helpful at all. I went in earlier today and Casey personally went out of his way to help me out and ensure that I have a running battery in my car. An issue that Ive had for over a week was resolved in an hour mostly due to Casey's help.

  Casey the GM at 9530 Was absolutely amazing and so helpful! I looked forever and ever for this bolt and went to so many stores he talked to me right when I walked in help me find what I needed. It was absolutely amazing. I have not got so much good service. I will definitely go back to that specific store every time I need something. Great job thank you

  The man at the front desk seemed completely bothered by us asking questions. His response was short, cold and lacked any compassion. You could tell he didn’t want to be there and he didn’t want anyone else there either. He also gave us incorrect information that was later resolved at another location
