  My wife and I were there 2 weekends ago visiting, was not impressed. Location was awesome, service not so much. We were located on the 1st floor and didn't get our room cleaned at all for the 3 night stay. We had to go the the front desk for clean towels. We were charged 42 dollars for parking in the lot which was no problem, but was not mentioned when we checked in.

  This stay was okay. I was not anticipating a motel style inn. Accessibility was difficult (second floor is stairs only and there’s no luggage carts). The blankets are paper thin on the beds and the floor in our room was filthy when we checked-in. Also, check-in was an odd interaction. The employee seemed confused. They did send someone to mop our floor the next day when we told the front desk about it. There also is a shortage of convenient outlets. There were none next to the bed for our phones, sound machine for baby, etc. The description of “full hot breakfast” is a bit of a stretch. We didn’t care for it and got breakfast out. Location is great if you’re not spending much time in your room. All in all it was okay, but wouldn’t stay here again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in St. Augustine! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in and our entire stay easy and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring all that St. Augustine has to offer. Great value, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Augustine!

  Be aware the second floor is only accessible by stairs. The rooms look somewhat recently renovated. Our room was clean. The beds are extremely high, I’m 5’ tall and had climb up onto the bed. The mattress is hard and the sheets are scratchy. Pillows aren’t bad. The pool is small but seems well maintained. The breakfast area closes at 10am and after that time there is no coffee, water, etc and you are not allowed to sit at the tables after that time. They shut down the lights & A/C once breakfast is over at 10am. I am used to the chain hotels having coffee round the clock so that was a bit inconvenient.
